Use this form to report a concern for the general health and well-being of a student. This report will be sent to the Behavioral Intervention Team (BIT).
Policy on 反歧视行动 (PAA) and 第九条关注事项
The campus community and non-confidential employees should use the PAA & 第九条关注事项 Form to report concerns for student(s) who may be experiencing discrimination which constitutes Prohibited Conduct or Sex-Based Harassment in violation of the 大学’s Policy on 反歧视行动, 平等的机会 & 多样性(PAA) Policy on 反歧视行动, 平等的机会 & 多样性(PAA)
You do not need to determine if the behavior is Prohibited Conduct or Sex-Based Harassment. If you receive a disclosure about behavior that may be considered discrimination please contact Dr. Kathyrn C.
